2 layer Chain Necklace

I'm not sure where these were bought but it has 2 layer chains with drop pendants. It looks like a very dark colored beads almost black even but with a hint of a dark purple make this a stunning necklace. Is in excellent condition. On the chain charm says L&F not sure what that means. Has a blue bead at the drop pendant.
