Navy blue The pleats have a little bit of shimmer woven in. Midi length elastic waist band. Very comfortable. unlined. Some may want to wear with a slip however I wore with just tights or leggings and was comfortable with the look. Well worn but in great shape. No holes, stains,noticeable snags. Lying flat approx 33 inches long, 13.25 inches across waist band (unstretched)
