2 for $10/ Vintage Women's Black Wrap Blouse

Possibly vintage 80s or 90s or Y2K wrap blouse. Satin attached belt and satin sleeves with snap closures. Needs possible stitching by belt hole as pictured. Imperfection by tag with some spotty see through areas. I wore the top anyway, with a light camisole. Stretchy bodice. Still has life left, possibly as a costume piece if not a blouse.
