3 for $10 🌺 F21 Sheer Black Embroidered Short Sleeve Crochet Trim Peplum Blouse

Not sure of the fabric, but it feels and looks like sheer polyester. Good used condition. Two flaws to note are a pull on the back, not very noticeable, and slight pilling around the waistline on one side. There are photos of both on here
