Top has vertical ruffles that go all the way around. Bubble hem, top doubles under at bottom into inner lining. Size M. Approx. 15 inches armpit to armpit. Approx. 22 inches long in back. 95% polyester, 5% spandex. I have 2 colors, ivory and black. Fabric tag cut off black, pic above of identical tag on ivory. Excellent used condition without defects.
