2 Vintage Bisque Porcelain Hand Painted Piano Babies

2 piano babies for sale!! The larger one is about 6.5”, made out of bisque porcelain, hand painted and is a baby boy sitting with a ball in a blue sailor dress and hat. No flaws and in great shape ! The second one is about 5 inches tall, bisque porcelain, hand painted and is a little girl with a bowl and spoon. No flaws and in great shape! Piano babies were used in homes to keep a shawl in place on a piano. These were popular from the late 19th century up to World War I. They made a resurgence in the 50’s and up until the 80’s/90’s. These 2 babies are most likely from when they became popular a second time. My guess is the 50’s or 60’s but since there are no markings I can not be sure.
