2 Stunning Antique Silver-Plated Pewter Candle Holders Ornate Rococo Grapes Scrolling This is a Stunning pair of Antique, Silver-Plated Pewter Candle Holders with an Ornate Rococo styling featuring etched and sculpted Grapes and Scrolling. The candle holders are designed in a baroque, Rococo style with sculpted grapes and leaves around the base and edges of the levels. The composition of these candlesticks is a bit of a mystery as I've been told by experts that they are both silverplated or that one is, and the other isn't. One is slightly darker than the other. They are definitely vintage and old. Either way, they've been a mixed married for years and I hope they will remain that for years to come. The holders measure approximately 10" high by 4" at their bases. They are both in excellent vintage condition with a dull but shiny appearance and could be polished up even more if so desired. They make an elegant statement at any upscale or formal occasion.
