satchel09 FYI only. Don’t want to add to the barrage of entries here. Sterling silver items with multiple parts (hook/closing mechanism plus another part/s) to make up a whole item - earring - each separate piece that is sterling must have a.925 or sterling silver stamp on it or it is not made of sterling silver 100%. If it is plated with Sterling silver, it must have that information plainly stated in the description since plating will wear down to the base metal with time and polishing.
