The crimped metal was sprayed painted in gold colored hammered finish flat paint. It has a somewhat marbled look to it. The votive holder is glass, diamond point. It has a pegged bottom, plastic grommet. The votive cup could be removed and a taper candle could be used in the metal holder. All are in good condition. The metal holder measures 3 3/4" tall, 3 1/4" round at top, 4" wide at widest part. The glass votive is 3 1/2" tall with peg, 2 3/4" round at top.
