The top is stretchy so it easily accommodates both the busty and not-as-busty. The skirt has no stretch but is roomy enough to accommodate up to a Juniors size 9 or Women's size 8. There's a small slit at the bottom of the skirt for easy walking. The skirt has a zippered closure in the back and the top is a stretchy pull over style. For reference, the model pictured above is 5'10 and wears a size 9 in Juniors. This skirt set was only worn once for these pictures.
