Top: open back with a zipper on bottom and two hooks at the top to secure it. It has lace and sequins all in a navy color
Bottom: satin navy with pink roses down the dress.
This dress was not altered in ANY way. I left it as is but it can be altered for cheap. There are two hooks at the top. One came broken but the dress fit me fine if you would like to fix it it would cost roughly 5 dollars at a seamstress.
