The actual color is called BLACK according to the tag attached to the 2 PC garment. The jacket offers 3 snap on black buttons front and a black belt and measures 23" to 24" long from collar to bottom. The skirt offers a pletted bottom as seen in the pictures and is approximately 21" to 22" long . The jacket, skirt as well as the lining is 100% polyester.
