2 PIECE PROM DRESS

Royal blue prom dress worn once! Plunge neckline, two piece, halter neck. The bottom part of the dress measures 41”. (Measure from the belly button to where you would want the dress to lie on the floor, WITH YOUR CHOICE OF SHOE) I am 5”6, but wore converse and it was the perfect length for me.
