You get both hats. the black one has the elastic inside and is one size fits most. it has a silver emblem attached to the front. the navy blue one is adjustable, says Orange County Choppers on the side and has a silver bike logo embroidered on the front. both have slight signs of use nothing major! nice hats for an OCC fan! I will ship these to you in a box so they don't get crushed.
