Purcahsed 4 of this while on a trip from a vendor at Venice beach. Never used these 2. They are waterproof, but cannot be submerged in the water*** Top/velcro closure is pretty secure. Can be worn at the beach, or out and about at an amusement park where you want to keep any small items like cash, keys, chapstick, etc. secure and dry.
