kel6633 @kelleydscott Hi - I think it might be too big for a 14.2 horse, but it depends on how big your horse’s head is. There are holes on both sides so it is adjustable. I used a similar version of these on my 16.1 TB and it was on the middle hole on both sides. Hope this helps!
