Full skirted dress, lined, slipover style summer halter. Top portion is brown with shirred ruching, V neck crossover. The fabric of the bottom skirt portion is also used in the ties for the top to tie at the back of the neck. Skirt is off-white with a whimsical floral print in blue & olive and brown.
