1X Blue Floral McKell Mini Dress

NWT super cute, flowy floral mini dress. Size 1X, size chart on the Baltic Born website is not accurate for plus size dresses. I am a 40DD and the chest fit me, but the waist band was quite loose. The plus size version of the dress is constructed differently from the S-XL version and instead of a structured waist band it has a loose elastic band. Super cute fabric, comfortable and flowy. Only tried on, in original packaging. Questions and offers welcome!
