19th Century Antique Gaudy Welsh Japan Pattern Teacup and Saucer Set

Underside of saucer has a red paint inscribed number, but it's illegible; it might be "417(?)." There's a small hairline from the lip of the saucer, and mild discoloration. Sold as pictured.
