19th Century Antique Crazy Quilt Victorian Wool Silk Embroidered 52x40 Table Mat Exquisite, colorful, and very intact for age. Each of the 12 squares appears to have been hand crafted by different women who have initialed each piece - many different skill levels presented here, which adds so much charm! Wool, cotton, and some silk - bright and bold with minimal fading. There are many light stains present that I have not touched - nothing catastrophic or glaring but noticeable. Also, many small holes, I've included photos of a lot of them. Pictures were all taken in natural light without flash. No filters used. Date of creation estimated between 1880-1910.
