This is a rare item from the Pokémon series created by Tiger Electronics in 1996. It is the first Pokédex ever made as a collectible toy listing the Pokemon Red and Blue info. It shows the images and the various statistics about the first 150 pokémon discovered in the Kanto region.
The toy has a number pad and an alphabetical keyboard so users can input words and numbers which makes a chirping sound as you type.
Shows a two-frame animation of the Pokémon, similar to the two-frame animation seen when scrolling a party in the core series games.
Info includes:
Pokémon's height, weight in metric units, category, and "Strength" stat programmed in the device ranked between one and ten. It is unknown exactly what this stat is based on. Onix is the only Pokémon which is rated at ten. Also lists four attacks Pokémon can learn.
