1999 Inflatable Style swatch band vintage quartz watch blue transparent jelly

Battery has been replaced recently 6/2023 Unique design. Watch band looks and feels like the inflatable toys and furniture material Due to its vintage age the blue fluid inside the 25mn band has dried up.
