1999 Ga state quarter beautiful and it’s an err coin on experimental planchette

This is a 1999 Georgia state quarter that’s not only a beautiful error coin but also made of a different type of metal used only at the Philadelphia mint during 1999 when they decided to try out some different metals to see if something may work better that’s why the coin has the gold tent to it and the letters appear to be double stamped and the peach on the reverse side I’m letting this coin go at this price because I don’t want to spend the time having it sent off and graded with the research I’ve don’t this coin depending on it’s condition could go for up to $10,000 dollars at auction unfortunately I don’t have the means or time to have it graded so I’m asking $500 for the coin I will negotiate some but not far off from my asking price because trust me I have researched everything about it and know it’s value
