1998 Burger King The Rugrats Movie Phil & Lil My Raptar Turnkey Action Toy

Here's a cute, 1998 Burger King The Rugrats Movie Phil & Lil My Raptar Turnkey Action Toy. Turn the key on side several times, not to much and place on smooth flat surface, Phil and Lil pull back and forth on Raptar while moving slowly across surface. Heads of Phil and Lil will articulate side to side, by hand. Overall Excellent condition, No scratches, scuffs or marring, No marks, fading or discoloration. Very nice paint detail, no broken, damaged, or missing parts. Turnkey spring load is still operational. Does not come in original package. Please view all photos for best description.
