This 1996 International Silver Co. Christmas bell is full of detail. It has sculpted Angel on top of the bell. The bell has also cut outs of angels on the edging. It also does ring. Bell is silver plated and was made in India. Even though it is silver plated, most of the bell has a brassy coloring. The bell is dusty and a slight discolored from age.
