Mc Donald’s Happy Meal Disney Snow White series figure. The green see through ruler has shape cut out stencils, scalloped edge, straight edge, and markings for half inch increments to three inches. The right arm moves but nothing seems to occur to the green ruler. The ruler sits in between both of her front and back side panels as it looks as though triangular tipped screws can open her up and maybe she could function to pop up the ruler, but not sure it even did that in the first place.
