1990s Vintage Half Sleeve Plaid Kawaii Grunge

I got this at buffalo exchange 12 years ago. I have loved it so but am ready to pass it on! Empire waist with tie and three buttons. Low scoop neck. Pastel blue and pink plaid. Perfect for a soft grunge 1990s babydoll look! This top is old and well worn but still has much lift left. The top section is slightly see through. Offers welcome! Size xs or small.
