1990s Floral Bias Dress

Sweet bias-cut dress from 1990s in a stunning floral fabric. Looks very flattering on.. originally had shoulder pads that I had taken out, as I think it looks much nicer without them! Waist line looks super tiny not on the body, but it slides on easily and does not feel super tight.. bias cut gives it that super slim look when hanging on a hanger. Super cute, and chic!
