1990s Deadstock Light Blue Rayon Floral Jacket with Flounces and Lace

Semi-sheer light blue rayon with a red rose print. Faceted clear plastic buttons; flounce at hem; lace and two flounces at sleeves. Flat measurements are about 22" pit to pit; 19" long center front; 24" long center back. Never worn and with its tag attached. Has a single thread snag on the left shoulder (see last photo).
