Vintage Anna Sui - 1990s Black and White print Halter Dress. Silky material, hook closing at the nape of the neck, longer line, midi length falling below the knee. Dress it up or down - a really fun piece. Easy to pack, doesn't wrinkle at all! Size 4 37 inches from the shoulder line to the bottom hem. 29 inches across under the bust line. Very good vintage condition.
