Designed by William Dentzel 3rd and produced by the Franklin Mint crafted in Taiwan date stamped 1990 clear crystal horse sculpture with frosted mane and tail bronze/gold decorative brass western saddle with stirrups and harness/halter horse is on a gold /bronze pole and rotates around dark wooden base approx 9 1/2 inches tall including base horse is aprox 6 in wide very good pre owned condition with everything intact no visible damage to horse or accessories under base appears to have protective feet re-glued great gift for the horse lover or even as decor for a nursery
