@clothingedit...hello & thx 4 ur inquiry...so from pit 2 pit/across the chest it’s 20 inch & waist is 14 inches & has belt & length from shoulder 2 hemline is 46 inches...also I just noticed as I measured the waist that the belt holes is missing a black ring but they’re small so it’s not noticeable, which is why I missed it😉hope this helps.

@againcloset hi! Does the waist have any give or is it definitely 14 inches? I love this dress but the smallest part of my waist is 30 inches around.

@emilouuu...hello Emily...there is no elastic in the waistband & those measurements are as accurate as I could measure but were 20 years ago sizes so they could be a different fit now days🤷♀️ It is a beautiful one of a kind dress though & you have excellent taste! 💖
