1986 Wooley Woods Collection Chipper Chipmunk Herr's Potato Chip Promo. Vintage Herr's Potato Chip Promo. Chipper the Chipmunk measures approximately 10" tall. His sweater has his name on the front and says Herr's on each sleeve. The sweater is stretched and unraveled some at the arms. Still very cute plush. Please see pictures.
