1983 Avon Porcelain Good Luck Bell with Elf Shamrock Figurine w/ Clapper

The Good Luck bell was offered by Avon to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. White porcelain bell shaped as a flower with elf or leprechaun holding onto the stem with green clover or shamrocks. The bell stands about 4 1/2 inches tall. The clapper is white and looks like a pot of gold. Comes in its original box. The bell is marked Avon 1983. The bell is in mint condition.
