1982 Little People Soft Sculpture Xavier Roberts Cabbage Patch Hand Signed Dress

-THIS COMES FROM A SMOKING HOME- please note this was purchased tan estate sale and the original owner was a smoker. The doll has been hand washed, however it does have a smoke smell including on the dress. Xavier Roberts produced the "Little People" from 1976 - 1981 in an old renovated medical clinic in Cleveland Georgia dubbed "Baby Land General".No box; these dolls left Baby Land General hospital in their parents' arms. 22" Manufacturer tag says "Little people", "Babyland General" with gold signature Laminated tag attached w/ bathing instructions Large thumb? (signature feature of Little People dolls handmade by Xavier Roberts personally. Stamped Xavier Roberts with hand signature on dress. Also included is the original adoption paperwork from Babyland General including birth certificate, official adoption papers, Color printout pamphlet, and two original "prescriptions for T.L.C. in the original envelope. Birth certificate indicates this was adopted from Babyland in 1982. CONDITION Body shows spots and brown stains. Heavy spots and browning of outfit. Shoes and socks show marks and aging.
