1981 vintage sapphire midi dress

This vintage sapphire/royal blue dress is in excellent condition. A spaghetti strap slip dress with eyelet/crocheted cardigan. The cardigan has a peplum waist and drawstring. It was worn for an event in 1981, washed, and hung in dry cleaner’s bag since. See photo for details.
