Jim Heilman was a 1980’s line of elegant and exquisitely tailored clothing. Measurements neck to hem 26.5 “. Approximately 40” bust 36” waist sleeves 24” with 2” additional buttoning cuffs. Very small pale yellow spot on front as shown in last photos as best it can be displayed
