Express RN 28124 vintage blue and white floral dress Size 10-12 Details include: lightly padded shoulders, tulip sleeves,, dropped waist, shirred with lots of stretch, bow at waist, quality polyester. Measurements: 20" across chest, waist 15" across un-stretched. Waist could expand a few inches easily. calf length on me (5' 8") Flaws: None noted.
