1980's vintage HIGH WAISTED pleated TROUSERS s

High waisted trousers from the 1980's, made in Italy. Black with white speckled, and green windowpane plaid. Some of the pictures make these look great, but they are BLACK. Pleat front, with zip fly and button waist closure, and side slash pockets that button as well. Matching (but removable) belt included. There is no fabric content tag, but these feel like wool or a wool-blend. Tagged as Italian 42, fit like a women's S (like approximately US 2-4? I wear a 6 and could get them on, but not even come close to zipping up). Please compare the measurements below with pants you have at home that fit well. Excellent condition!
