1980's silk peplum midi dress w/ polka-dots

Outrageous vintage party dress with subtle spots and bejeweled dots in shades of cream & gold against a navy blue background. Pleated short sleeves are spectacularly padded at shoulders. Zipper down back. A-line midi skirt lands just above the knee. Double peplum layers at hips. Material is 100% silk, very luxurious. Made in the 1980's - early 90's by Maggie London.
