1980’s ruffle tuxedo striped button up

Blue and white ruffle tuxedo button up. This is yet another shirt I wish that I could keep, it’s too small (I am not the model). There’s something about button ups from this era that fit like a dream. There is a small pink stain (I think from the laundry) on the front of the shirt (see pictures). Layflat measurements- chest: 17.5” length: 24” sleeve length: 22”
