1980's does 1940's BOW PRINT DRESS M (O4)

Inspired by the 1940's, but actually made in the 1980's! Black with screen-printed bow and ribbon print. Back zip closure, shoulder pads, and hip pockets. 13.5" back slit. Measures 42/30/42", ok to be a little loose in the bust and hip as long as the waist is a good fit. No stretch. 48.75" long.
