Day dress with shoulder pads, belt loops and faux chest pocket. Pleated darts to accentuate the waist. Closure is button down front ending with zipper. Measurements are taken lying flat : Shoulder to shoulder 19” Waist 14” Hips 20” Armhole 9” Sleeve Length 7” Zipper Length 6.5” Total length 44” Seam on back right side appears to have been restitched by previous owner.
