1980s Periwinkle Cream Polka Dot Dress

A great 1980s find with original belt. This dress is cream with greenish polka dots. It comes with the original belt and shoulder pads. If you wish for the shoulder pads to be removed, please let me know. I will add the shoulder pads, if they are removed, into your order so you can add them in the future if you wish. This is a size 12, but in today's size, I believe it would fit more of a size 10.
