1980's New Wave Blue & Black Jacket

I purchased this in 1984 or 1985 at a New Wave Boutique Store to the tune of $200. I remember thinking (or not thinking), damn this is expensive for what is going to be a temporary fashion moment. Anyway........ It was "in" and I was really into New Wave Music. So I kept it because I thought it would make a great costume somewhere down the line in time. We are not men - We are Devo!
