beautiful bright mint colored dress with the original tag. The waist is elastic, perfect for plus sized as vintage sizes run small. Dress does have some dust on the bottom that will definitely come out; I just didn't wash it because of the new tag. no other stains or holes. has shoulder pads. 25 inches from the lines across the shoulders 11 ich sleeves 21 inches from top to elastic 50 inches long
