Adorable fitted jumpsuit from the brand LA Seat Covers. Coveralls or workwear style. I estimate this piece to be from the 1980s. Features include button-down front, elastic on the sides of the waistband, and large front pockets. The legs are slightly cropped, depending on your height. Model is 5'7" 100% cotton.
