Business casual dress by “Ultra Dress New York” This dress is interesting, because it has the illusion of being a suit. Short sleeves, shoulder pads, and faux front buttons with back zipper closure. Double darts on front and back of blouse portion. Blouse is also lined except for sleeves. Skirt is calf to ankle length depending on height, also has slit in the back. Fabric content is rayon & acetate.
