skspaint waist sit high. it measures at 13 bust (pit to pit) aprox 14 at the most. i took some extra pics

skspaint @raelott i took a measurement of the taffeta skirt, it is a good 51 inches wide with a little extra ( hss as rd to measure due to full ness . the toile underneath close to the same. the waist measurement is is14. The tag says size 8 i do think it fits smaller. the photos have the other measurements. i hope this helps you.
