1977 MCM pottery planter turtle tortoise sneakers splatter hand painted spring. Super cute vintage straight from the 1970s turtle planter handpainted with a splatter mid-century modern look to his shell. Signed P.O. and dated April 1st, 1977 A very nice blend of color and style certainly one to catch your eye and spark a conversation. This can also be used as a dish, bowl, or kitchen/dining piece if not for the garden :) There is a crack running through the turtle right side near his neck; it is pictured towards the end. Please check over the pictures well. There are two chips along this crack on the outside of his shell. However the shell is so busy it’s fairly hard to notice right away—but still something to note.
